To provide a video distribution system capable of providing a user of a video display terminal with information for assisting in a relationship between a play situation of a common game and at least partial users related to the play situation.SOLUTION: A video distribution system 1 generates play video 70 obtained by combining multiple pieces of photographed video 60 obtained by photographing each of multiple players P who play a common game via multiple game machines 3 and a game screen 50 of a common game so as to be distributed to a user terminal device 4 connected via a network NT. Concretely, the video distribution system 1 determines a play situation of at least the partial players P on the basis of situation data CD for relating a user ID and a play situation in a common game.
