Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video editing apparatus capable of editing video/audio data having multiplexed images and audio data at high speed.
SOLUTION: A video editing apparatus 100 for editing video/audio data in which images and audio data are multiplexed rewrites a packet header of the objective video data for a specified range designated by a deletion start frame and a deletion end frame, thereby making the data invalid, and further includes an editing control means 101 for rewriting a packet header of the audio data having a synchronous playback time of the same specified range, thereby making the data invalid.
