Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clearly displayable an unused card and a used card in a video game using cards.
SOLUTION: When an album mode is selected (S1; YES), 30 frame images corresponding to card Nos. 0-29 are displayed (S2). A frame images corresponding to a card with flag F=0 (unused card) is further reversely displayed (S3). A four-frame cursor is displayed (S4), and a single frame cursor is displayed (S5). The four-frame cursor consisting of four cursors surrounding four adjacent frame images, respectively and the single frame cursor surrounding any one cursor of the four-frame cursor are displayed by the processing in S4 and S5. Four rectangular areas are successively displayed in the lower part of a screen (S6), the unused card is displayed in the rectangular area corresponding thereto (S7), and the rectangular area corresponding to the single frame cursor is displayed by flashing (S8).
