Based upon a terminal specification of a main video output and combination of video sources in the case of not performing a video format conversion, the case of outputting after down converting and the case of outputting after up converting, operations of a video expanding/reducing means 4000 and a first horizontal expanding/reducing circuit 70 are selectively used so that one horizontal expanding/reducing circuit performs horizontal expanding/reducing processings of both the main video output and a sub video output.
