Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transfer data and to improve reproduction quality of data by deciding the state of a network and changing data transfer methods without suspending an operation by means of the selection of data acquiring methods and a switching means.
SOLUTION: In this device, a network (NW) state acquiring part 102 obtains the used state of the NW, and a NW state deciding part 103 decides whether or not the traffic of the NW is larger than a preliminarily defined numeric value. In such cases, when it is larger, a data acquiring method selecting part 104 copies entire data in a terminal and instructs a data acquiring method switching part 105 to switch so that the terminal may reproduce the data. Also, when it is not larger, the part 104 instructs the part 105 to switch so that data that is reproduced by a server side may be transferred to the terminal. Thereby, the operation of a system is not suspended, data can surely and properly be reproduced in accordance with a state, and the quality of reproduced data is also improved.
