Abstract:
To provide a video output device for outputting a video signal to a plurality of daisy-chained display devices, and a display system and a video output method with which it is possible to reduce costs and improve display quality.SOLUTION: The video output device, designed to output a video signal to a plurality of daisy-chained display devices, comprises: a video signal acquisition unit for acquiring an input video signal; a setting processing unit for acquiring configuration information that indicates the configuration of the plurality of display devices; an image generation unit for generating the video signal composed of a plurality of frame images on the basis of the input video signal acquired by the video signal acquisition unit and the configuration information acquired by the setting processing unit; and an output processing unit for outputting the video signal generated by the video generation unit to the first display device on the most upstream side among the plurality of display devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
