Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make switchable the change of a photographing object person in a short time by switching a photographing to that using a photographing means corresponding to the other photographing object person when the photographing object is switched from one conference attendant during photographing to the other attendant. CONSTITUTION:When the conference attendant operates a button in order to speak, a control part 60a decides the person to monitor due to a signal, and sends a pulsing signal to a selector 30c. The selector 30c selects small cameras 30b1-30b6 corresponding to the designated person, and accesses him. On the contrary, the control part 60a performs the switching control of a person/camera switching part 50a together with the driving control of an electric-rotation tripod head 2a, and sends out the video monitored by the selected cameras 30b1-30b6 through a whole view/person switching part 40a. When the tripod head 2a moves and the standard-matching of a person camera 2 to the position of the attendant monitored by the cameras 30b1-30b6 is completed, the switching part 50a is switched again by a completion signal and the video from the camera 2 is sent out.
