Title:
VIDEO RECORDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000261746
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a video recorder that emits a light to an object only when its video image is stored in a memory.

The video recorder consists of a signal input terminal 1 that receives an analog video signal (a) from a video camera, an A/D converter circuit 2, a memory 3, and a timing generating circuit 10. When a video signal with high luminance is received from a lighted object, a comparator circuit 6 of the timing generating circuit 10 detects a change in a DC voltage component as above and a capture control signal (e) delayed by a prescribed time T by a 2nd delay circuit 7 is outputted to the memory 3. The digital video signal outputted form the A/D converter circuit 2 is stored to the memory 3 by the capture control signal (e).
