Abstract:
According to one embodiment, a video server includes ingesting devices, storage systems, and a controller. The ingesting devices ingest a plurality of video files received from outside. The storage systems store a video file ingested by the ingesting device as broadcast data. The controller selects a storage system between which and the ingesting device a session is to be established from the storage systems on the basis of the total number of sessions established between the ingesting devices and the storage systems when the broadcast data is stored in the storage systems.
