PURPOSE: To obtain the small sized light weight video recording/ reproduction system by which a picture of a video movie is reproduced on a large sized screen.

CONSTITUTION: The system consists of a camcorder 1 and a liquid crystal projector 2, the camcorder 1 is provided with a video signal output terminal 3 and the liquid crystal projector 2 is provided with a video signal input terminal 4, and a signal is sent/received by connecting directly the video signal input/ output terminals 3, 4 to each other. Similarly the camcorder 1 is provided with a charging input terminal 5 and the liquid crystal projector 2 is provided with a charging output terminal 6 and the input terminal 5 and the output terminal 6 are connected to each other to charge up a charging battery mounted on the camcorder 1, then the charging battery is charged by having only to place the camcorder 1 onto the liquid crystal projector 2.
