To provide a viewer participant type broadcast program distribution method by which a viewer can take part in a broadcast program full of presence.

The method adopts; a transmission system 1 for converting audio and video for a program at a relay destination into a television broadcast signal; a reception system 2 for reproducing the audio and video of the program on the basis of the television broadcast signal; and a viewer terminal 4 for transmitting message voice such as a cheer for payers of the program to a voice output means 3. The voice output means 3 outputs the message voice to a relay destination, the transmission system 1 transmits the television broadcast signal including the message voice to the reception system 2, and the reception system 2 reproduces the message voice in the program on the basis of the received television broadcast signal.
