Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a composite picture in the case of composing the video of viewers, etc., viewing an original video to the original video.
SOLUTION: A reproducing circuit 109 photographs the viewers while reproducing a medium 105 in which video and voice signals are recorded in advance, and an encoder 102 encodes the video and voice signals from a microphone 106 and a camera 101. When a sound pressure judging circuit 107 detects the cheer of the viewers, a recording circuit 104 records the video of the cheering viewers in the medium 105 and records information expressing a part the video of the viewers are to be inserted in the medium 105 under the control of a controller 108. When reproducing the video and voice signals recorded in the medium 105, the video of the cheering viewers is inserted and reproduced.
