Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vine processor suitable for sweet potatoes or the like for improving conveyance property and workability by preventing vines from being drooped, entangled and dropped on the left and right sides of the conveyer route of vine conveyer by providing an auxiliary conveyer along with just above the almost full length of conveyer route.
SOLUTION: Concerning the vine processor with which vines grown on a field are raked up by a raking device 47 while traveling a machine body and these raked-up vines are continuously crimped by a vine crimp conveyer 69, conveyed to the obliquely upper back side and discharged at a specified position, an auxiliary vine conveyer 67 is provided along with just above the almost full length of the conveyer route of vine conveyer 69. In this case, a fore auxiliary vine conveyer is preferably provided from the conveyance starting end of conveyer route to a folded position 27 and a rear auxiliary vine conveyer 67 is provided from the folded position 27 to the conveyance terminal end of conveyer route.
