Title:
VINE-PROOF SHEET FOR BEING APPLIED TO VICINITY OF POWER LINE PART OF UTILITY POLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018149739
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vine-proof sheet which hardly causes dielectric breakdown and can maintain vine-proofness for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The vine-proof sheet is formed by laminating and integrating a polyvinyl chloride resin layer containing a vine repellent, a polyester long fiber non-woven fabric layer and a polyethylene non-porous film layer having a thickness of 300 μm or more in this order. The vine-proof sheet is applied in such a manner that it is wound around a utility pole in the vicinity of a power line part of the utility pole. An overcoat layer formed of an acrylic resin containing a vine repellent is provided on a surface of the polyvinyl chloride resin layer. The polyester long fiber non-woven fabric may be soaked with the vine repellent. The vine-proof sheet is obtained by imparting a polyvinyl chloride resin solution containing a vine repellent onto a polyester long fiber non-woven fabric surface, and then laminating and integrating a polyethylene non-porous film having a thickness of 300 μm or more onto a rear face of the polyester long fiber non-woven fabric by an extrusion lamination method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
