This vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises a vinyl chloride-based resin obtained by graft copolymerizing 80-99 wt.% vinyl chloride- based monomer consisting essentially of vinyl chloride on 1-20 wt.% resin particles (a) composed of an acrylic copolymer obtained by graft copolymerizing a monomer composition obtained by mixing a (meth)acrylate monomer capable of providing a homopolymer having ≥-55°C glass transition temperature with a polyfunctional monomer on a copolymer of an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer capable of providing a homopolymer having <-60°C glass transition temperature with the polyfunctional monomer, and having <0.15 μm average particle diameter, and an impact modifier (b) having ≥0.20 μm average particle diameter, in the proportion regulated so that the weight ratio of the resin particles (a) to the impact modifier (b) may be (30/70)-(95/5).
