To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition whose extrusion balance from the exit of a mold has excellent stability and which has an excellent long running property, when molding conditions such as the temperature of the resin composition, the temperature of the mold and the extrusion quantity of the resin are changed on the extrusion molding of the resin.

This vinyl chloride-based resin composition characterized in that the value of B in the expression (1): Y=A×XB [Y is a viscosity (Pa.s); X is a shear rate (s-1); A is a viscosity on a shear rate of 1 s-1; B is a factor which expresses the degree of the change in the viscosity on the basis of the change in the shear rate] is -0.4 to 0, when a melt viscosity characteristic curve (apparent viscosity) measured according to JIS K 7199 at a measuring temperature of 190°C and in a shear rate range of 50 to 300 s-1 is approximated by the expression (1).
