This vinyl chloride-based resin composition is obtained by blending (a) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin with (b) 0.5-30 pts.wt. graft copolymer respectively containing a rubber polymer as a trunk polymer component and a polymer obtained by polymerizing a vinylic monomer as a graft polymer component and (c) 0.1-10 pts.wt. A-B type block copolymer, wherein A is a polymer block obtained by polymerizing a monomer containing ≥50wt.% (meth) acrylic ester-based monomer and B is a polymer block obtained by polymerizing a mixed polymer containing ≥40wt.% aromatic vinylic monomer and <50wt.% (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer.
