PURPOSE: To produce the titled coating material for green house, having excellent anticlouding property, durability and antifogging property, transmitting sunlight without loss and effective to promote the growth of crops, by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a fluorine-containing polymer having perfluoroalkyl group and a nonionic surfactant.

CONSTITUTION: The objective coating material can be produced by compounding (A) a vinyl chloride resin with (B) a fluorine-containing polymer having perfluoroalkyl group, (C) a nonionic surfactant, and preferably (D) an ultraviolet absorber. The component B is selected preferably from (i) an ester of (a) a higher aliphatic alcohol having perfluoroalkyl group and (b) an ethylenic unsaturated acid polymer of formula (R1 is H or lower alkyl; n is 10W25; A1 is 1W3C alkyl), (ii) a polymer of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having perfluoroalkyl group and (iii) a copolymer of the component ii and other ethylenic unsaturated acid and/or ethylenic unsaturated acid ester.
