Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition excellent in dispersion stability and sedimentation stability, a vinyl chloride polymer latex for manufacturing the polyol composition and a manufacturing method of a polyol composition using the vinyl chloride polymer latex.SOLUTION: There are provided a vinyl chloride polymer latex containing 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride polymer having volume average particle diameter ([MV] value) of 0.2 to 1.6 μm and 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. of an alkali salt of a resin acid or the alkali salt of a copolymer of α-olefin having neutralization degree of 0.6 to 0.9 and maleic acid anhydride, a polyol composition containing 5 to 40 wt.% of the vinyl chloride polymer having volume average particle diameter ([MV] value) of 0.2 to 1.6 μm and 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. of the alkali salt of the resin acid or the alkali salt of the copolymer of α-olefin having neutralization degree of 0.6 to 0.9 and maleic acid anhydride as a dispersant based on 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride polymer and a manufacturing method of the polyol composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
