Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the subject coating material having excellent temperature insulating property, transparency, low temperature antifogging property, water dropping-reducing effect and moisture resistance and suitable for preparing films used for green houses, etc., by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with an ester of a glycerol alkylene oxide adduct with a higher fatty acid with a fluorine-containing surfactant. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin is compounded with 0.2-4wt.%, preferably 0.5-2wt.%, of an ester of a glycerol alkylene oxide adduct with a higher fatty acid (e.g. stearic acid), 0.01-1wt.%, preferably 0.02-0.5wt.%, of a fluorine- containing surfactant having a solubility of >=0.001wt.% in water and having an ability to reduce the surface tension of water to <=35dyn/cm and 0.05-7wt.%, preferably 0.1-5wt.%, of an inorganic filler (e.g. calcium carbonate).
