Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the title composition which has good powder fluidity and causes neither a pinhole on the surface of a product nor blocking. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is prepared by dry blending a vinyl chloride resin with a plasticizer, a stabilizing agent, etc., cooling the blend, and incorporating a particulate vinyl chloride resin therein. The particulate vinyl chloride resin has a viscosity-average degree of polymerization of 2,000 to 5,000 and is incorporated in an amount of 0.1-5 pts.wt.
