PURPOSE: To neatly peel a vinyl pipe with a simple action.

CONSTITUTION: A vinyl pipe peeler is provided with a shank 2 having a tip section rotatably inserted into a vinyl pipe B, a rotary arm shaft 9 arranged in parallel with the tip section of the shank 2, a crank-shaft 6 fitted to a bracket 3 fixed to the shank 2 in parallel with the shank 2, a rotary arm 7 rotating the rotary arm shaft 9 centering on the crankshaft 6 between the crankshaft 6 and the rotary arm shaft 9, and a spring 8 elastically pressing the rotary arm shaft 9 to the shank 2 side. A blade 10 provided with an edge brought into contact with the outer periphery of the vinyl pipe B and a guide 12 provided with a taper 12a brought into sliding contact with the tip section of the vinyl pipe B and expanding the rotary arm 7 to the separating side from the shank 2 against the exciting force of the spring 8 when the shank 2 is inserted are provided on the tip side of the rotary arm shaft 9, a bearing 11 is provided between the blade 10 fitted to the rotary arm shaft 9 and a guide 12, and the taper 12a of the guide 12 is formed into a bowl shape.
