PURPOSE: To tear a pair of the end part of a sheath with a knife and to easily tear the sheath by hand by arranging a foaming cell of specific aspect ratio in the vinyl sheath of a vinyl sheath cable in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the cable.

CONSTITUTION: A foaming cell 6 of aspect ratio 2.0-5.0 is arranged in the vinyl sheath of a vinyl sheath cable covered with the vinyl sheath, in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the cable, on an insulating conductor consisting of at least two conductors put together, for each of which a vinyl insulator is coated. When the two insulating conductors are to be exposed, a part of the end part of the sheath can be torn with a cutter knife instead of cutting the portion to be peeled off with the cutter knife, and then the sheath can be easily torn by hand.
