Abstract:
To provide a hydrophilizing agent having high hydrophilizing effects and excellent water-resistant durability thereof, and to provide a vinylpyrrolidone copolymer usable therefor.
The hydrophilizing agent composition contains the vinylpyrrolidone copolymer of the copolymer of a vinyl compound containing a functional group represented by formula (1) (wherein, R1 is a 1C-3C alkyl group) with N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, and a compound having two or more hydrazide functional groups in the molecule.
