PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a purchaser who has lost a familiar shop in a home geographical area or movement capability within the shop due to a physical reason or the like has difficulty for independent-minded commodity purchasing in the familiar shop.SOLUTION: Utilizing a system, a purchaser, who has lost movement capability, operates an information terminal device in his or her house while being at home, accesses to a familiar shop from an electronic commerce site of the Internet, looks for a real-time image of merchandise on a display rack and merchandise information, selects, orders, pays for the merchandise as if he or she is shopping in the familiar shop, and performs distribution to the purchaser, and the purchaser receives the merchandise in short time.
