PURPOSE: To generate a data for a new station and a subscriber data by providing an external storage device accessible to one processor or over at random to each function and applying load share of the same function for each function.

CONSTITUTION: Processors 11, 12, 13 of a function A apply load share to the function A and processors 21, 22, 23 of a function B apply load share to the function B. An external storage device 14 accessible all data including station and subscriber data relating to the processors 11, 12, 13 of the function A to accommodate them for each function A is provided to a load share processor group of the function A and an external storage device 24 accessible all data including station and subscriber data relating to the processors 21, 22, 23 of the function B to accommodate them for each function B is provided to a load share processor group of the function B respectively. Thus, the EDP system comprising a computer is not required and the station and subscriber data of the maximum system configuration are generated with the minimum system configuration.
