PURPOSE: To provide a virtual reality device in which an image of high presence can be enjoyed by photographing the state by a television camera while traveling in the part of a miniature plate according to the will of a driver.

CONSTITUTION: This device has a photographing device 1 formed out of a miniature plate 2 having a miniature set formed after natural environments set thereon, a television camera 3 movable along the miniature plate 2, and image generating device 4, a host computer 5, a television monitor 16, and a control board 17, and it is also provided with a vehicle 6 traveling on a circumferential track 6a set independently from the miniature plate 2. the signal of the control board 17 is inputted to the host computer 5 to move the television camera 3 according to the output signal from the host computer 5, the image of the television camera 3 is composited with the computer graphic image by the image generating device 4 to form an image signal, and this image signal is outputted to the television monitor.
