Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the automatic vending machine which is reducible in power consumption in a time band wherein electric power demands are large.
CONSTITUTION: Driving control over a cooling device 11, a heating device 12, and circulating fans 13a and 13b for the air in a box is so performed as to utilize the electric power in the midnight time band wherein the electric power demands are small and reduces the power consumption in the time band wherein the electric power demands are large, and temperature control is so performed that the temperatures in a cooling box 3 and a heating box 4 are specific temperatures. For the temperature control over, for example, the cooling box 3, the in-box reference temperature in the midnight electric power time band is set lower than standard temperature, but in the time zone from noon to evening wherein the electric power demands are large, the in-box reference temperature is set higher than the standard temperature and the energy which is accumulated in the midnight is used to decrease the operation rate of the cooling device 11, thereby reducing the power consumption. Consequently, the power consumption of the automatic vending machine in a daytime band wherein the electric power demands increase is reducible.
