Abstract:
To provide a viscoelasticity addition device which can materialize high-gain feedback control without using viscous fluid.SOLUTION: A viscoelasticity addition device comprises: an inside frame fixed to a rotary shaft: an outside fixed frame having an inner periphery arranged with prescribed distance between an outer periphery of the inside frame and itself; a rotating body attachment plate arranged in a tunable manner in an annulus space which is formed of the outer periphery of the inside frame and the inner periphery of the outside fixed frame; and one or a plurality of rotating bodies which are attached rotatably to the rotating body attachment plate, and formed of polymeric material having viscoelasticity. A diameter of the rotating body before being attached into the annulus space is formed larger than the prescribed distance between the outer periphery of the inside frame and the inner periphery of the outside fixed frame, and the rotating body is rotated by the rotation of the rotary shaft while a portion in contact with the outer periphery of the inside frame and the inner periphery of the outside fixed frame is brought into a collapsed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
