Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a viscosity damping characteristic variable damper capable of changing damping characteristic.
CONSTITUTION: A partitioning plate 4 installed in a cylinder 2 having a highly viscous fluid F sealed therein with a clearance in such a manner as to be capable of sliding is rotatably supported on the top end 3a of a piston rod 3, and a rope body 12 is wound and laid between a pulley 6 fixed to a pivot 5 integrated with the partitioning plate 4 and a fixed pulley 11 mounted on a support shaft 10 rotatably supporting the base part 3b of the piston rod 3.
