To obtain an adhesive for chemical anchoring to fix an anchoring tool in a borehole.
The adhesive for chemical anchoring comprises a first part and a second part each having a highly viscous, putty-like consistency, both parts being directly joined to each other along an interface. Desirably, the first part comprises about 20-45 wt.% of an epoxy resin, about 10-40 wt.% of a first particulate filler having an oil absorption value of at least bout 30 and about 40-65 wt.% of a second particulate filler, wherein at least about 70 wt.% of the second particulate filler has a U.S. standard sieve size of 16-45, and the second part comprises about 5-20 wt.% of an amine compound, about 0.1-15 wt.% of a tertiary amine compound, about 1-23 wt.% of a first particulate filler having an oil absorption value of at least about 30 and about 52-87 wt.% of a second particulate filler, at least about 70 wt.% of the second particulate filler having the U.S. standard sieve size of 16-45.
