A viscous fluid composition which reduces odors and exhibits detergency is obtained when a hypochlorite is made into a stable composition by blending a mineral sepiolite, a specific sodium alkylsulfonate, and an alkylamineoxide to which a hydroxyalkyl-amine is bonded therewith in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and a chelating agent.
