To provide a damper capable of largely damping even vibration at a high temperature difficult for damping by easily synchronizing with an ill-balanced apparatus, and imparting an optional resonance frequency in the X, Y and Z direction in response to a mechanism.
In this viscous liquid sealed damper, a cylindrical body is arranged inward in a diaphragm possessed by a damper body; a damper pin is fitted and inserted in this cylindrical body; the diaphragm side of the cylindrical body is formed as a small diameter part and/or a tip part of the cylindrical body is chamfered in the peripheral direction; and is formed as a small diameter part. This damper is interposed between an on-vehicle holder and a compact disk player; a resonance point in the lateral, longitudinal, and vertical respective directions can be optionally changed; and this resonance point and resonance magnification can be reduced. The vibration can be largely damped even at a high temperature difficult for damping as a matter of course at the ordinary temperature by synchronizing even the ill-balanced apparatus.
