To provide a vise device for preventing a work material from being lifted from a table even in such an operation that in the operation for cutting at a time, for example, C shaped channels fixed onto a bench circular saw machine table with the vise device, the work material is lifted from the table due to cutting resistance of sawteeth with the traditional vise device.

A vise device 1 is equipped with a table 51 for placing a work material W thereon, a first block body 2 which is fitted to the table 51 and allowed to abut against a front face of the work material W, a second block body 3 having an upper face fixed board part 12b which is provided opposed to the first block body 2 and made to abut against an upper face of the work material W and a rear face fixed board part 12a made to abut against a rear face of the work material W, and a screw shaft device 4 for pushing the second block body 3 in a combined direction of a direction crossing at right angles the upper face of the work material W with a direction crossing at right angles the rear face of the work material W.
