To obtain the subject composition containing a photosensitizer, highly sensitive to laser beams having large wavelengths in the visible light region, and excellent in storage stability by including an organic boron compound having a specific structure as the photosensitizer.
This composition contains a compound of formula I [R1-R3, R5-R9 are each H, a halogen, nitro, cyano, OH, amino, sulfone, a (halogeno) alkyl, a (alkoxy)alkoxy, an aryloxy, an acyl or the like; R4 is H, cyano, an alkyl, an aralkyl, an aryl or the like; R10, R11 are each a halogen, an alkyl, an aralkyl, a (hetero)aryl or the like] as a photosensitizer. The compound of formula I is obtained e.g. by reacting a compound of formula II with a boron trihalide and, if necessary, substituting a part or all of the halogen atoms of the obtained compound of formula III by other groups. The photosensitizer is mixed with a photocurable resin and a photoreactive initiator to obtain the visible light-curable resin composition.
