To provide a vision training sheet for repeatedly adjusting a sight line, an angle of convergence, and a focus.
A parallel method is employed when an observer steadily gazes at a pair of horizontally arranged right and left images similar to each other in such a manner as to gaze at the right image with his/her right eye and gaze at the left image with his/her left eye. In the parallel method, he/she sets a gazing direction by consciously moving upper and lower recti, outer and inner recti, and upper and lower oblique muscles, which are provided around the two eyeballs, determines the focus by consciously moving a ciliary body, Zinn's zonule and a crystalline lens, which are provided inside the eyeballs, makes the right and left images overlap each other by a three-dimensional recognition function provided in the brain, and recognizes a false three-dimensional image with a sense of visual depth. Additionally, a crossing method, in which a false three-dimensional image with a sense of protrusion is recognized, is employed when he/she steadily gazes at the right image with his/her left eye and gazes at the left image with his/her right eye. The right and left images are fixedly indicated on this sheet so as to realize the parallel method and the crossing method. The right and left images are indicated in a plurality of lines on the surface of the sheet, respectively. In the lines adjacent to each other, the right and left images are arranged with a tendency to be gradually separated from/brought closer to each other. The right and left images are repeatedly gazed at.
