To provide a technology for a visit management system or the like, allowing improvement of efficiency of visit business by allowing proper contact to a visit destination about a visitor performing the visit business.
The system includes: an authentication station server 100 holding identification information or the like of an employee (the visitor 210) of an enterprise performing delivery business; a delivery system server 500 managing the delivery business; a device 240 possessed by the employee, recording a first ID 121, and becoming a certificate; and a medium (a sticker 600) or the like installed to a building 300 of a user 310 of the visit destination, and recording a second ID 161. When the device 240 is presented to the medium when visiting, information including the second ID 161 read by a reader function 250 and the first ID 121 is transmitted to the authentication station server 100, and the authentication station server 100 transmits contact information including the identification information obtained from the first ID 121 to an apparatus 330 of a contact destination obtained from the second ID 161 and makes the contact information be displayed.
