To provide a visitor receiving machine capable of recognizing a visitor while an owner was out.

The visitor recognizing machine is constituted of a slave machine 10 and a master machine 20. The slave machine 10 includes a push button 11 for informing of a visitor's coming and a photographic camera such as a digital camera for photographing the visitor cooperatively with the depression of the push button 11. The visitor's image photographed by the photographic camera 12 is displayed on the display part 22 of the master machine 20, and also stored in a memory. The image photographed and stored while the owner was out is displayed on the display part 22 by depressing a reproducing button 31 on a control panel 30 after the owner came home.
