Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection device for troches for properly detecting abnormality in the troche, and to provide a PTP packaging machine provided with the visual inspection device.
SOLUTION: The PTP packaging machine 30 is filled with the troches in each pocket part 44 when sending a container film 41 forming the pocket part 44 up to the lower part of a troche charge device 52. The PTP packaging machine 30 is provided with the visual inspection device for the troches. The visual inspection device is composed of CCD cameras 11a and 11b, illuminators 12a and 12b, and an image processor and the like. The visual inspection device finds a height by an optical cutting method which is a kind of a three-dimensional measuring method concerning the troches 1, and detects the presence of abnormality of the troches based on height data. The visual inspection device can more surely grasp the abnormality even when the abnormality in which a difference in lightness does not so exist exists by differing from the conventional technology in which the presence of the abnormality is determined on the basis of a lightness difference.
