To provide a visualization data processing method with excellent operability capable of appropriately suppressing time delay until data display even when the amount of data to be processed is enormous.SOLUTION: In a visualization data processing method, data number reduction processing is previously performed, the data number reduction processing is performed for data stored in a storage unit, and data subjected to data number reduction processing is stored in the storage unit. Therefore, in the visualization data processing method, when there is a request for the visualization data, only the data satisfying the condition of the request is read from the storage unit and outputted, so that the time from when there is a request for the visualization data to outputting the visualization data corresponding to the request can be shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
