To visually confirm a locking state on the ground by locking a movable shutter covering a side opening in a thrust reverser of a turbine engine, and constituting a latch head of a locking system so as to be visible from the outside when a lock is opened.
A thrust reverser 10 for a turbine engine of an aircraft has circular structure surrounding the turbine engine, and the circular structure contains a first part 20 through which an opening part in the diameter direction passes in the diameter direction, or fixed structure. The circular structure also contains a shutter 25 which is a movable second part 25 covering an opening part in the diameter direction, and the shutter 25 is locked and held in the fixed structure 20 with a locking system 35. The locking system 35 contains a latch 36, and a latch head 37 of the latch 36 jointly operates with a locking contact part 43 at one end 41 for locking. The latch head 37 is formed so that its opening state is visible from the outside, and the locking state can be confirmed on the ground.
