To provide a VoIP communication system, a subscriber premise system, and VoIP terminal, which make a VoIP speech without the need for checking an IP address of a communication destination when making the VoIP speech using an ADSL network.

The VoIP communication system is characterized in that in a communication system wherein telephone sets connected to VoIP terminals of two subscriber premise systems connected to the ADSL network and making VoIP communication, the telephone set in a transmitter side subscriber system transmits a PB signal to the telephone set in a receiver side subscriber system to make a speech state, the two subscriber systems exchange IP addresses of the VoIP terminals, and thereafter they interrupt the speech once and transmit IP data for connection in compliance with the VoIP so as to make the VoIP speech.
