Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-drive device used for a mechanism for pressurizing an object to be pressurized covering a wide range from a super-low pressure of several grams to a high pressure more than several tens kg, in a high precision and under a high-speed pressurizing manner.SOLUTION: A basic configuration of this invention is constituted by a pressurizing chamber 6, a self-weight holding/pressurizing chamber 7, and a VCM unit 18. The VCM unit is made in such a way that a VCM coil 11 is formed at a VCM bobbin 12 and adhered to it. A hollow-shaped VCM magnet 10 is adhered to a VCM yoke 9. A thrust force is generated by flowing electric current to the coil. A shaft 3 is fixed to the VCM bobbin and a diaphragm 3 for performing pneumatic control is fixed to an opposite side by a pusher 5. The pressurizing chamber and the self-weight holding/pressurizing chamber are separated and sealed to be closed by the diaphragm, air is charged from a pressurizing valve 2 to apply pressure to the VCM bobbin connected to the shaft and a jig fixing member 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
