To provide a voice conference device and a voice collecting method which can reduce acoustic coupling and can improve the voice collecting characteristic.

The voice conference device has a speaker 8 which constitutes a symmetrical center, microphones A+ and A- which are in distances L from the center of symmetry and are arranged on two symmetrical points of the symmetrical center and a microphone B+ and B-in the distances L from the symmetrical center and arranged on the other two points of the symmetrical center. A signal from the microphone A+ and a signal from the microphone A- are added with a phase inversion adder 1 while a signal from the microphone B+ and a signal from the microphone B- are added with a phase inversion adder 2 and the resultant signal is delayed with a delay unit 3 by a prescribed time. The signal from the delay unit 3 and the signal from the phase inversion adder 1 are added with an adder 4.
