PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice distribution system and a document distribution system capable of processing document data on the basis of voice reproduction condition.SOLUTION: In the voice distribution system, a user terminal 10 used by a user, a document management server 20 managing the document data, and a voice converting server 30 converting character data into voice data are communicatively connected. The document management server 20 includes storage means for storing document data, means for calculating the number of characters on the basis of voice reproduction condition containing reading speed scale factor and reproduction time which are specified by the user terminal 10, means for extracting character data corresponding to the calculated number of characters from the document data, means for transmitting the extracted character data to the voice converting server 30, and means for transmitting voice data acquired from the voice converting server 30 to the user terminal 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
