Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice encoding device, a voice decoding device, a voice encoding method and a voice decoding method which enable reproduction of voice of high quality without increasing the quantity of information to be transmitted.
SOLUTION: In the voice encoding device, a status judgment part 32 is provided for judging the status of an input voice S1 on the basis of the quantized value of spectrum information outputted from a spectrum information encoding part 31, an interpolation method corresponding to the judgment result of that status judgment part 32 is carried out, and the quantized value of the spectrum information outputted from the spectrum information encoding part 31 is interpolated between frames.
