Abstract:

To provide a medical chair unit eliminating switching operation by pressing of a hand finger and eliminating any possibility of infection when an operator operates the medical chair unit for dentist.

This voice and foot switch operation type medical chair unit is so formed that the medical chair unit is operated by the voice command of the operator and the operation of the foot switch. This medical chair unit is provided with a mechanism detecting the voice command by the voice issued by the operator, converting it into electric signals, and transmitting them, its receiver mechanism, a control computer operating the chair unit by the received signals outputted from the receiver mechanism, the foot switch executing the starting operation and a continuous operation by a touch or depression of the foot tip shifting, and an execution mechanism of the chair unit operation.
