CONSTITUTION: The voice data having the numerical value.unit mixed syllables consisting of the syllables for starting the question making, the syllable for punctuating the question making, the syllable for ending the question making and the numerical value syllable and unit syllable as well as the syllables indicating addition and subtraction at need and the password data are stored into the memory medium 2A. This data memory medium 2A is driven to read out the voice data and the read out voice data is stored into the memory means 9. The abacus question corresponding to the inputted password is read out from the data memory medium 2A in accordance with the password data corresponding to the inputted password and is stored into the memory means 9. The voice data transferred from this memory means 9 is converted to the voices which are outputted. The questions are made without requiring a skilled person for reading up and without generating a reading error, etc.
