To provide a voice input device capable of accurately controlling a vehicle on which an operator is seated by disposing microphones so that an instruction in voice by the operator can be more accurately detected in the noisy situation.

The voice input device has a pair of microphone attached bodies in which a plurality of microphones are separately disposed, and the microphone attached bodies are attached to the vehicle on which the operator is seated so that the microphones are located at positions on both sides of the mouth of the operator. The instruction in voice of the operator is recognized from signals taken from the microphones by a control means mounted on the vehicle, and the travelling of the vehicle is controlled according to the instruction.
