Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the noises that are generated by a digital equipment by outputting the interpolation data based on the order of a missed voice packet that is detected by a missed voice packet detection means.
CONSTITUTION: A buffer memory 1 temporarily stores a voice packet, and a data block number detection circuit 3 detects a data block number out of the voice packet. Then a delay circuit 10 outputs the voice packet preceding by one place the packet where the data block number is detected. The interpolation data on a missed voice packet is generated by an interpolation data generation circuit 8 based on the outputted voice packet. Then a substitute insertion circuit 9 outputs the interpolation data when the missed voice packet is detected. Therefore, the missed voice packet can be interpolated. If no missed voice packet is detected, the circuit 9 outputs the data on the voice packets.
